CCS participates in the RTS programme "Temps présent"

The reimbursement of certain drugs to treat children with cancer can sometimes prove to be a real obstacle course for parents and paediatric oncologists. To raise awareness of this issue among the general public and decision-makers, Valérie Braidi-Ketter, CEO of Childhood Cancer Switzerland, took part with paediatric oncologist Manuel Diezi and two families concerned in the filming of the famous RTS programme Temps présent, one of the oldest news magazines in Europe. The subject will be entirely dedicated to an issue that affects both children and adults and will be broadcasted in autumn. On the initiative of Childhood Cancer Switzerland, the Federal Department of the Interior in charge of the dossier was questioned again about its promise and has just confirmed that the report will be finally available in 2022.
