How can I support Childhood Cancer Switzerland?
Childhood Cancer Switzerland is an organisation still in its infancy and would thus be grateful for any financial support. With your donation, you can help us to continuously improve the situation of children and adolescents with cancer, as well as their families, throughout Switzerland. With your help, we can give those affected courage and hope for a healthy future.
How do I notify you of a change of address?
You can email details of your new address to donations@childhoodcancer.ch or notify us by phone on +41 61 270 44 11.
I am receiving too many letters from Childhood Cancer Switzerland. Is it possible for me to get just one letter a year?
If you wish, we will be happy to send you only one letter a year. Please email us at donations@childhoodcancer.ch or phone us on +41 61 270 44 11 and we will be pleased to meet your request.
I don’t want to receive any more letters from Childhood Cancer Switzerland. Who should I notify?
In this case, it would be best to contact us directly by sending a mail to donations@childhoodcancer.ch or calling us on +41 61 270 44 11.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Donations to Childhood Cancer Switzerland are tax-deductible. By the end of January at the latest, we will send you a donation receipt which you can submit with your tax return.
My donation receipt hasn’t arrived. Who do I contact to help me?
If your donation receipt hasn’t arrived, we will be happy to send you a new one. Just email us at donations@childhoodcancer.ch or phone us on +41 61 270 44 11. We would be happy to help you.
How can I set up a direct debit?

Are online donations safe?
Yes. We use the RaiseNow platform, which provides safe and reliable online fundraising services.
