Survivors' meeting in Lausanne on November 22

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, Childhood Cancer Switzerland, in collaboration with our member organization ARFEC, invites former childhood cancer patients to the last French Survivors' meeting of the year in Lausanne. The joint brunch will take place at the Loxton restaurant and is aimed at Survivors aged 18 and over. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to visit the “Plateform 10” in Lausanne's museum quarter together. The event will be held in French.

The Survivors meetings of Childhood Cancer Switzerland take place several times a year at various locations in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. They offer the opportunity to spend time with old acquaintances, meet new people and talk to other Survivors in a relaxed setting. The Survivorship unit at Childhood Cancer Switzerland provides information on important topics, presents new offers, and answers any questions.

These networking events are particularly valuable, as many Survivors continue to suffer from long-term effects even after successful treatment, which can impair their quality of life. Talking to people in similar situations helps to overcome social isolation, share experiences, and support one another.
