Doing good as a company

At the beginning of July, a special initiative took place on Falkenplatz in Lucerne. Beck Schweiz GmbH, based in Buochs, spared no effort in setting up a stand to sell a variety of beautiful, practical, and tasty items in support of Childhood Cancer Switzerland, all under glorious summer skies.

Passers-by were deeply impressed by the dedication of everyone involved – especially the Beck family’s 11-year-old daughter, who took part in the campaign with great enthusiasm. Having been confronted with cancer on several occasions in the past, the Beck family felt a growing desire to take action and offer support. For example, products can be purchased via the company’s website, with part of the proceeds going directly to Childhood Cancer Switzerland. The fundraising campaign in Lucerne raised a total of CHF 3 000. The official cheque presentation took place on 11 August 2025 at Childhood Cancer Switzerland’s headquarters. We extend our heartfelt thanks to this entrepreneurial family for their outstanding commitment.
