A photo competition for a good cause

The Ticino Lions Club Monteceneri collected donations for Childhood Cancer Switzerland as part of a photo competition entitled ‘FOTOWESERVE’. The winners were announced and the official award ceremony took place on 28 May in Lugano. On the occasion of this festive event at the Hotel Villa Sassa, a donation cheque for CHF 20,000 was presented to Childhood Cancer Switzerland. 

Lions Club International is a global community of people dedicated to humanitarian causes and improving the quality of life. They work on a voluntary basis and are committed to a wide range of aid projects. One focus is on supporting children and adolescents with cancer.
