How can I support Childhood Cancer Switzerland?

During the build-up phase, Childhood Cancer Switzerland is in particular need of financial support. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Donation Service.
With your help we can achieve our goal of not one more child or young person needing to die of cancer in future.
 

Who can I set up a direct debit?

If you wish to set up a direct debit or have any other related questions, please email our Fundraising team at spenden[at]kinderkrebs-schweiz.ch or call us on 061 270 44 11. We will be happy to help you.


How do I notify you of a change of address?

You can email details of your new address to donations[at]childhoodcancer.ch or notify us by phone (Tuesday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) on 061 270 44 11.
 

I am receiving too many letters from Childhood Cancer Switzerland. Is it possible for me to get just one letter a year?

If you wish, we will be happy to send you only one letter a year. Please email us at spenden[at]kinderkrebs-schweiz.ch or phone us on 061 270 44 11 and we will be pleased to meet your request.
 

I don’t wish to receive any more letters from Childhood Cancer Switzerland. Who should I notify?

You can email your address to us at donations[at]childhoodcancer.ch any time. If you wish to receive letters from us on a less regular basis, we will be happy to send you only one a year.
 

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations to Childhood Cancer Switzerland are tax-deductible. By the end of January at the latest, we will send you a donation receipt to submit with your tax return.


My donation receipt hasn't arrived. Who do I contact to help me?

If your donation receipt hasn't arrived, we will be happy to send you a new one. Please email us at spenden[at]kinderkrebs-schweiz.ch or phone us on 061 270 44 11.


Are online donations safe?

Yes. We use the RaiseNow platform, which provides safe and reliable online fundraising services.
